  1. What is usually covered by a Serviced Office Liability Insurance Policy?
    Public Liability Insurance will cover the lessee of the serviced office for their legal liability for personal injury and/or property damage claims made against them occurring in or at the serviced office.

    Rural and General Insurance Broking Pty Ltd

  3. Who is the Insurer of your insurance?
    Commercial Pacific Insurance Ltd. We recommend CPI however we can accept instruction to obtain insurances from other insurers.

  4. Excluded Service Offices
    Most serviced office's can be covered for the rates indicated herin. However, there may be some office enterprises that certain underwriters will exclude and therefore not cover.

  5. What types of cover are available?
    - $10 million Public Liability
    - Variable rates for your needs
    - Other types of cover can be proposed to underwriters.
