that we will only offer to place your insurance with one
insurance company being Commercial Pacific Insurance Ltd’
(“CPI Ltd”) which is an overseas registered insurance
company currently insuring approximately 5,000 Australian
customers. This Notice, and the FSG should be read in conjunction
with CPI Ltd’s insurance Policy Wording which contains
all details of the benefits, limitations, conditions, exclusions
& options provided and available to you under the insurance
policy.

contact us immediately (before proceeding further so that
the document can be forwarded to you in an alternative format).
If you are not satisfied with this arrangement, please
contact our office so that we can discuss your insurance
needs. We may need to conduct a specific needs analysis
of your situation which may lead to us recommending another
insurance company and/or other products and services to
suit your needs.
