In respect of Small Business insurance and similar type insurance products for enterprises of a commercial and/or semi commercial nature, RGIB have, as of 1 July 2008, entered into an agreement with Australian Associated Motor Insurers Limited ABN 92 004 791 744 and GIO General Limited ABN 22 002 861 583 where enquiries of that nature will be automatically directed to those firms with any other broking service. As part of this agreement RGIB will not offer alternative insurance terms to clients of AAMI and/or GIO and RGIB will receive a commission higher than industry average in respect of business referred to AAMI and/or GIO.

In some examples of insurance products and premiums and comparisons premium rates and terms were provided by Direct Offshore Foreign Insurers (DOFI) which is foreign insurance companies not licensed in Australia. While DOFI's can provide insurance cover for Australian and NZ insurance risks they are governed by the laws of their registered jurisdiction and may not be subject to enforcement of the laws of Australia, including the Insurance Contracts Act 1984 (Australia).

Our firm is usually remunerated by way of commission for the placement of insurance contracts however; we may also be remunerated in other ways. In some circumstances our firm may earn higher than usual commission or in some circumstances our firm might have a financial interest in an insurer that we recommend and place your insurance with. From time to time, our firm may also receive incentive, performance and service fee related remuneration from insurers that we recommend and place your insurance with.
