Complex Businesses are usually businesses that are larger
and more complex than that of the level of shopkeepers and tradesmen,
they generally consist of the types of businesses from hardware
stores to industrial facilities and everything else in between.
The very nature of the word "complex" means that to ensure
adequate insurance cover one has to take into consideration all
of the complexities involving the subject business and whether or
not standard public liability insurance and insurance for stock
& contents is enough.
Usually, complex businesses will require many different types of
cover, such as professional indemnity, directors & officers,
trade practices, export guarantee, construction risks etc' -
and these covers are sometimes best obtained from a number of insurers
who specialise in a particular category - commonly known as "category
killers'.
Our Brisbane office is tasked with handling the needs of complex
businesses nationally, where as our Sydney head office specialises
in non-complex businesses. All staff dealing with complex business
are highly qualified Tier 1 personnel who will tailor an insurance
programme to meet the needs of your business.
In the first instance we welcome your call to discuss your needs
and from that point and onward a program will be developed to meet
your requirements. If however, you would prefer to email or fax
your initial enquiry please feel free to do so - but, we will need
to talk sooner or later.
You have three choices besides telephoning our office:
1. For Property and Liability risks, complete a "risk
analysis form" which will give us the details necessary
to get you an insurance quote.
2. For Professional Indemnity and Directors and Officers risks,
complete a PI analysis
form which will give us the details necessary to get you an
insurance quote.
or
3. Complete the general enquiry form at the bottom of this page

Where necessary, our service will include visiting your business
