Glass, is an Australian wide glazing firm which offers
CPI customers an immediate glass replacement service,
without the need to first advise PICA unless the replacement
will cost more than $2,500 at which point you will need
to advise PICA before the glass can be replaced. O'Brien's
24 hour phone service is 1800 060 007. Once things are
progressing you then need tell us.
You are not under any obligation to use O'Brien Glass exclusively. You may use any other licensed & qualified glazier however, their cost for replacement of the glass cannot be more than O'Brien's price for replacement of the glass. Before allowing another glazier to replace your glass you must first obtain PICA's approval. To find a glazier click here.
